The application and its database run on that server. No port is exposed directly: everything goes through a reverse proxy that terminates TLS encryption, and the database is reachable only from the machine’s internal network.
Intellectual property
The structure of the site, its texts, its interface, its illustrations and its code are protected. Any reproduction or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited, with the exception of short quotations citing the source.
The data entered by a customer — tracked sites, keywords, markets — and the position history recorded on their behalf belong to them. The details are set out in the terms and conditions.
Trade marks and third-party services
Google, Google Search and AI Overview are trade marks of Google LLC. ChatGPT is a trade mark of OpenAI, Gemini of Google LLC, Perplexity of Perplexity AI, Slack of Slack Technologies. These names are cited descriptively only, to identify the services measured or connected.
Ranks is not affiliated with any of these companies, nor endorsed or sponsored by them. The positions published are independent measurements, taken from publicly accessible results.
Nature of the measurements, and liability
A recorded position describes the state of a search result at a given moment, on a given market — a country, a language, a device. Search results vary with location, browsing history and algorithm changes: two measurements taken at the same moment from two different places may legitimately differ.
The publisher applies the necessary means to keep the measurements accurate, without guaranteeing the absence of error or the uninterrupted availability of the service. No search ranking outcome is guaranteed: the tool measures, it does not rank.
External links
The search results displayed contain links to third-party sites, over which the publisher exercises no control and for which it cannot be held responsible.

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy. Any request for access, rectification or erasure should be addressed to contact@createurdigital.ch.
